Additional Notes & Comments:	My guess is that this bug results from the desync that can affect some users on the lowest graphics settings. I experienced this against ghoul and doctor. The problem was ultimately solved after being hooked and changing graphics settings.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Be on the lowest graphics settings.
2. Obtain a morsel.
3. Repair a generator, and be interrupted due to a scream.
4. No animation will play, and now emotes and certain killer power interactions (i.e. Doctor's Snap Out Of It) become unavailable to complete

Explanation

Survivor Emotes, Use Item, and Killer Power interaction Prompts can be missing for users on low graphics settings. This is caused by any scream that interrupts that survivor while repairing a generator while holding an event morsel.
