Steps to Reproduce

1. Use power struggle and flip flop
2. Crawl under a pallet
3. Get picked up by killer
4. Throw the pallet
5. No stun occurs

Explanation

Power struggle is not stunning the killer when picked up from the ground. The pallet will be thrown but no stun occurs.
