Steps to Reproduce

1. This seems to just happen randomly, when we stop moving the camera for a while. But it seems this just happens to a limited number of people.

Explanation

For the past few months I'm facing a bug (and several other players, based on Reddit's feedback) where the mouse stops responding for a few seconds during a match. Usually this happens when an action is being performed, where I stop moving the camera for a bit (like when working on a gen for example), then when I try to move it/look around, it frozens for 1 or 2 seconds, and then it just starts working normally. This keeps happening all the time. From reports from other users it happens both in wired mices, as well as Bluetooth.
