Steps to Reproduce

1. Play the 10th annivesary event
2. Play for a while
3. Eventually encounter it in online play

Explanation

Game is lagging during 10th anniversary game mode. Whilst playing the dead by daylight 10th annivesary game mode "The Black Banquet" the game is frequently lagging and causing stuttering issues, regardless of internet connection and packet loss, the game is just entering these states of play where the game is jittering and the player character is getting stuck and teleporting around on certain objects.
