Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have someone in the team that has dc
  2. Get hook
  3. Bot cannot unhook

Explanation

not exactly sure how this occured but the bot was not able to unhook me. it could be map tied, or Nemisis tied. Nemis unhook animation right now are glitchy too.
