Go to Killer menu.
Select "The Executioner"
Equip "Hornet Punishment" skin
Turn skin a bit to where I shared a screen clip.
Observe texture glitch.

Explanation

The Executioner's "Hornet Punishment" skin has a texture glitch under the tunic. It appears to be some kind of red blood that is anglular and clearly not part of the cosmetic.
