Steps to Reproduce

1. Run deathbound
2. have survivors heal
3. hit one of the healed survivors
4. that's about it really however it does seem a bit inconsistent

Explanation

I was runing death bound hit someone and everyone screamed and revealed themselfs, this also happens on escape of the trial
(was playing oni if this helps)
