Additional Notes & Comments:	No clue why this happened but Entity-Interference did not take the perk first as it should when it started but common add-on next to it. Pictures are right after eachother to show that it took the common add-on first before the perk.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Level up bloodweb
2. If you are lucky observe Entity-Interference take a common offering instead of a perk on start of it

Explanation

Entity-Interference on bloodweb eats a common edge add-on instead of the perk it was right next to when it started. There is nothing much else to say about this it should have not eaten the common add-on but the perk.

The log file in question is too large to add here but I did save it to another location so if its needed I can provide it.
