Steps to Reproduce

1. Two survivors enter the dying state
2. One of the two survivors crawls to a specific spot by a specific hook
3. The other of the two survivor is hooked on that hook
4. The killer is unable to pick up that survivor
5. Other survivor dies or is unhooked
6. Killer can now pick up the dying survivor

Explanation

If a dying survivor is lying in a specific spot by a specific hook spawn on The Game before someone else is hooked on that hook, it becomes impossible for the killer to pick up that survivor until the hooked survivor dies or is unhooked.
