Actual Result:	Top area does not activate until around the top third of the text row
Expected Result:	Button works as long as within button bounds

Steps to Reproduce

1. Die in match
2. Click Spectate
3. Try to press the next buttons on bottom half

Explanation

Pressing the next player button only works on top third of button
