Steps to Reproduce

There are no steps even restarting my game does nothing.
I'm on XBOX 1.

Explanation

Every time I use my flashlight in the event either to save my teammates or blind the killer it won't let me point at all, I tried dropping it, picking it back up, working on a gen and getting off it, eating the morsel and putting the morsel on a table.
