Steps to Reproduce

1. Try pressing 'Y' or the equivalent button on a console (such as an Xbox 1) when looking to inspect any item in the archives tab.
2. Observe if the bug occurs.

Explanation

in the archives section when I try to inspect either the black banquet invitation amd redacted police report it won't let me.
