1. Leave a Killer match, while the exit gates are open or just leave a Killer Match.

Explanation

Subject: Killer grade regression after leaving matches

Recently I left two matches during the end game. The first time was because I had to attend something in real life and the second time was out of frustration. After these two matches, I lost two entire Killer Grades. I dropped from Gold III (with 4 pips) down to Gold III (with 0 pips) and then all the way down to Gold IV. When I searched online, the answer I got was that losing an entire grade like this is not normal and might be a sync bug.

Could you please explain if this extreme grade regression is an intended mechanic or a bug? Also, what should I do if this happens again?
