Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Custom game.
2. select plague.
3. Add two survivors.
4. Load into match.
5. Infect one survivor.
6. Down other survivor with 2 basic attacks.
7. hook uninfected survivor.
8. have infected survivor unhook.
9. Observe hooked survivor isn't infected.

Explanation

Infected survivors don't infect uninfected survivors during unhook interaction with The Plague.
