I ACTUALLY WANT TO PLAY YOUR GAME. 2025 was supposed to be the year of fixing bugs, but even searching online there are many people facing this issue and there has been no fix for the ENTIRITY of this event.

Explanation
Winter Event broke my game. DC's don't allow me to play. I have repaired files, and have even un-installed and re-installed the game. Internet connectivity is fine, been playing MMOs with 0 issues. I want to play the winter event as I have for years, but every single time I have played I have had giant jumps and disconnects that result in 5-30 minute delays.

I've just been having this problem- game will seemingly randomly decide to disconnect me from the match. It's happened 3 times tonight, and I had a 5 minute penalty and two 15 minute penalties. The popup in the endgame screen says "Dedicated server not responding" Edit: Just happened again, while I'm on call with my friend this time. This problem is happening in both event queue and regular queue btw, I now have an hour penalty for the game disconnecting me.
