Steps to Reproduce

1. Select the Dark Apostate skin for plague in the store or lobby
2. Whenever you wiggle around the chains make a loud distracting noise
3. Go into any match, this sound will be reproduced as well by walking around

Explanation

Dark Apostate Plague outfit makes a disorienting chain rattling sound when playing with the skin in a match or previewing the skin in the lobby/store.
