Steps to Reproduce

1. Begin game as Dracula, immediately choose form, get stuck.

Explanation

Dracula is permanently stuck sometimes starting games in the black banquet event. After using his power to choose between wolf or bat form, something happens to where he can no longer attack. Thinking that maybe a pallet stun could not me back into norml, im then perma stuck where i am. no movement whatsoever
