  1. Travel through a door as The Animatronic
  2. Have a survivor cleanse a totem during that time

Explanation

While traveling through a door as The Animatronic on Father Campbell's Chapel, a survivor cleansed my hex totem, causing all sound for the rest of the game to be muffled
