Steps to Reproduce

1. The Dredge was running Devour Hope and Undying.
2. He hit injured Rick Grimes.
3. The third stack of expose status effect did not show.
4. He hit injured Rick Grimes again after the third stack.
5. The exposed was not revealed.

Explanation

Devour Hope does not reveal the third stack exposed down. The killer had 3 stacks and it did not reveal the exposed icon on an injured survivor.
