Missing NAUGHTY BEAR Skin Bug, no longer available in any kind of gameplay , that being the christmas event or regular match

Check if you have filters on. Its the tag looking button next to the search bar in the customization section. When you click it popup window appears and there only thing check marked should be "unlocked".
If this does make it show up then you need to contact Behavior customer support and make a ticket there so they can reactivate it on your account as this is an account issue not a bug.
