Equip champion of light and fixated
when poisoned, simply aim a flashlight and the slowdown doesnt apply

Explanation

Champion of light + Fixated completely ignore the poison effects in the Black Banquet. This is problematic and largely due to how the perk is coded, but it completely ignores the entirety of the poison effect.
