Steps to Reproduce
- Start a match against The Unknown.
- During the match, the killer becomes invisible or cannot be seen by survivors.
- Survivors start taking hits from empty space while the killer is not visible.
- The killer appears to teleport to hallucinations/clones while staying invisible.
- The killer can still attack and shoot projectiles while survivors cannot see his position.
- The issue affects multiple survivors, not only me.
- The match becomes impossible to play normally because the killer’s location cannot be identified.
Explanation
During a match against The Unknown, the killer appeared to become invisible and was able to attack survivors without being visible. Survivors were taking hits from empty space, and we could only hear the killer without being able to see where he was.
The killer also seemed to teleport to his hallucinations/clones while remaining invisible, and was shooting projectiles from different positions. This made it impossible to know where he was or react normally.
Multiple survivors appeared to notice the same issue, as some teammates stopped moving / went AFK after being hit by an invisible killer. In the middle of the match, the game also seemed to bug out, so I am not sure if this was caused by a bug, an exploit, or cheating.
At the end of the match, I told the player that I would report this because it looked like exploit abuse or cheating, and they replied that it was my fault.
I am playing on PC through Epic Games. I have screenshots and video recordings showing what happened.
