Steps to Reproduce
- Have the survivor stay on the gen.
- When pain res activates.
- The survivor gets pushed off.
- The survivor screams.
Explanation
Can't use flashlight in event mode. i think after several matches it's caused after events such as pain res but am not sure. it causes the flashlight to be unusable for about 30-60 seconds.
