Steps to Reproduce

1. Two survivors must be at the door of the animatronic and enter almost simultaneously
2. The animatronic does on separate doors
3. This will allow the animatronic to pick them both up
4. If the animatronic tries to hang them, one will become invisible unless picked out of the door again

Explanation

I was playing the animatronic, and I used a door, somehow I picked up 2 survivors, and was able to hook them at the same time in the same hook, problem is that one of the survivors did not get hook, it showed it was but the survivors was walking around as confused as me, I could not kill her no matter what, she could not be healed, nor she could heal someone else, had to work together with her to pick her up at the door again to be able to hook her and kill her
