Additional Notes & Comments:	The timing for the hit has to be within range of the power ending and within both clips I hit both survivors with roughly the same amount of time left with both hits being lunge attacks.

Steps to Reproduce

Run Tuft of Hair addon
Get stalk charge for power
Activate power
Hit a healthy survivor just as the power is ending

Explanation

Healthy survivors do not get downed if you hit them with your weapon while using tuft of hair just as it ends as Myers and they have a chance to get away due to the killer's client not matching with the game server. The survivor will appear down for the killer briefly but then it will fix itself, which in the first clip you can see Carlos seems to disappear but he ends up in front of the car injured but there are no scratch marks to connect to him.
