Explanation
We found a bug involving the Head On perk. When we use Head On to leave a locker and the killer hits us at the exact same time, our character gets stuck inside the locker. We can no longer exit the locker or interact with anything.
The killer can still open the locker, but they cannot pick us up or interact with us properly. The only option left is to disconnect or abandon the match because we are permanently stuck in the locker and cannot continue playing.
