Steps to Reproduce

1. Use shoulder the burden on a different player while you yourself have 0 hook stages
2. There is a small chance you will be immediately put on death hook, in other words you gain two hook stages
3. death

Explanation

Bug with perk "Shoulder the Burden", the perk will sometimes put you on death hook regardless of your previous hook stages, meaning you get 2 hook stages

I did not find a way to consistently reproduce it but

It is not consistent, but I've seen it happen roughly 8 or 9 times throughout my times using the perk, when it happens, the first hook stage indicator is left blank, and the yellow indicator from the perk is on the second hook stage
