Character Skins Reset to Default After Logging Back In

Actual Result:	After equipping Legacy Skins for Dwight, Meg Thomas and The Trapper, all character skins revert back to default base skins once I log back into the game. Please refer to the uploaded video for demonstration.
Expected Result:	Equipped Legacy Skins should remain applied permanently and not reset to default skins after restarting or logging back into the game

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Legacy Skins on Dwight, Meg Thomas and The Trapper respectively.
2. Exit the game and log back in
3. Check the character skins and find all equipped Legacy Skins have been reset to default base skins.

Explanation

Please check the video file I uploaded. When using Dwight, Meg Thomas and the Trapper equipped with Legacy Skins, all my skins will reset back to the default base skins after I log back into the game.
