Locker stuck issue when using Head On perk during killer's poisoning

Steps to Reproduce

1. As survivor, enter a locker next to a cart of morsels with the perk Head On equipped
2. As Killer, begin poisoning a cart of morsels next to a locker
3. While the Killer is poisoning the food, fast-exit the locker as Survivor to activate Head On
4. The Killer will be stunned, but the Survivor will be stuck in the locker. They cannot leave, and interacting with the locker makes it seem like it's empty.
5. The only way to fix it is seemingly to have the endgame collapse kill the Survivor

Explanation

Being Head On stunned as killer while poisoning a morsel cart results in the survivor being unable to exit the locker.
