Select The Slasher
Pin a survivor on death hook to a wall and perform a mini-mori
Observe that the spike is not correctly aligned.

Explanation

When performing a mini-mori against a survivor pinned against a wall as Jason, the spike is misaligned, causing it to clip through the survivor's cheek rather than going through the mouth as (I believe) is intended.
