Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a flashlight
2. get attacked by pinheads chains or have his chain hunt activate maybe
3. hold a morsel in your hands
4. try to use the flashlight in your hands after

Explanation

Playing against pinhead during the 10 year event will break the item you are holding in your hand. I was holding a green flashlight with a green focus lens and brown battery addon.

In game, i had about half of my battery left, but my flashlight was invisible in my hands.

I believe when pinhead hooks you with his chains or when the chain hunt begins, it bugs out the flashlight (and maybe even other items) you are holding and then you are unable to use it for the rest of the game.

I was holding a morsel at the time of the glitch. I was also not being chased and i was not being held by any chains when i tried to use the flashlight.
