Steps to Reproduce

Go into event gamemode as legion.
Load into match.
Go into Frenzy.
Attempt to throw poison.
Observe inability to throw poison.

Explanation

Legion can't throw poison while in frenzy. This only occured after the 10.0.2 bugfix patch and the listed change is: "Fixed an issue where The Legion's power did not go on cooldown when throwing Poison as it was ending." This has had an unintended effect of preventing throwing of poison while in frenzy.
