Additional Notes & Comments:	I play dbd since almost 10 years and I really love the game. Already have more than 5k hours spend on it but this bug removes all the fun while playing and I can't play as much as I would like to 'cause the bug is so annoying. Can't enjoy the event like this at all. :/

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start repairing a gen
2. Don't move your mouse for a little time (just press M1 to rapair)
3. You can't move your camara.
4. Start a chase
5. Be chased
6. You can't move your camara.
7. Start healing
8. Don't move your mouse for a little time
9. You can't move your camera.

Explanation

When playing the game, the camera is stuck sometimes. For instance when I'm on a generator, sometimes the camera is stuck for a few seconds, sometimes up to 20+ seconds. I can still do user interactions like repairing or healing. This can also happen in any other scenarios for example in chases.
It suddenly appeared 3-4 weeks ago. I tried to update all my drivers, changed the effiency mode of the PC, tweaked a bit with the display resolutions and changed the dpi settings of the mouse. I also tried a different mouse and I still have the same behavior.
