Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the anniversary flashlight.
2. Ensure the event mode is active.
3. Have the anniversary cake offering.
4. Spawn in the flashlight and check if it works.

Explanation

The anniversary event flashlight soemetimes bugs out and doesn't work. As in clicking the button to activate it does nothing.
