Steps to Reproduce

1. try to vault the vault on the metal steps that are like a little step ladder.
2. Ensure the vault is accessible.
3. Position yourself correctly for the vault.
4. Execute the vault on the metal steps.

Explanation

I tried to vault one of the little stepping stairs in the hopkins lab (i think) and my character got stuck unable to move or vault. The killer downed me and couldn't pick me up and my p[arty wasn't even getting a prompt to recover me. I bled out and still was kicked to the end game scene with the stats until everyone else died.
