Steps to Reproduce

I can't reproduce the issue.
It just happened.
It happened when going through the blood web.

Explanation

I cannot progress in the blood web, I am current locked out. Every time I try to buy an item it crashes the game, if I press the spend to buy multiple blood webs it freezes and if I buy the unkowns I cannot change character's.
