Steps to Reproduce
- Send her dog to attack or jump over a pallet or window
- That’s it, just use her power a few times and it’ll happen.
Explanation
After sending Houndmaster’s dog to attack somebody (not the search function), she will often start moving at a much slower pace than usual, and will have bugged and laggy movement. This effect used to be fixed by attacking someone else with the dog and successfully getting a grab. Now it is permanent for the whole match and you cannot fix it other than finishing the match fully or quitting.

The bug wasn't resolved in the patch 9.3.2. But now it also happens with the hillbilly
I confirm that the bug is still present in this version.
I have experienced this bug on PC more than once.
Wanted to let you know I am a houndmaster main, and I did discover a way to fix this. Most of the time, you would send the dog through a window, wait until the icon changes, then open a locker around the same time. Hope this helps. Also, here is a clip of me getting it and fixing it at the same time if you're curious. https://medal.tv/games/dead-by-daylight/clips/lILZTZC5w7-q0Pj9t?invite=cr-MSw2WVUsMTcwNzUxNzkz&v=30
I've also experienced this bug. I noticed that, the more you use the dog, the slower and slower you become. However, if you send the dog over the vault location that initially triggered the slowdown, it restores your movement speed.
I can also confirm this bug is still happening.
Just happened to me on Dead Sands, I was the same speed or slower than the survivors with the buggy camera. It fixed when I grabbed a survivor with the dog and hit them thankfully. It just triggered when I sent the dog while running around a rock, it didn't vault anything I'm pretty sure.
