Steps to Reproduce

Send her dog to attack or jump over a pallet or window
That’s it, just use her power a few times and it’ll happen.

Explanation

After sending Houndmaster’s dog to attack somebody (not the search function), she will often start moving at a much slower pace than usual, and will have bugged and laggy movement. This effect used to be fixed by attacking someone else with the dog and successfully getting a grab. Now it is permanent for the whole match and you cannot fix it other than finishing the match fully or quitting.
