The perk did not ignite any totems when the conditions were met

When all gens are complete, it should activate

I had the perks NOED, Cruel Limits, Dissolution, Pain Res. I dont know if this matters or not but i have a feeling there was some perk interaction that bugged this

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Equip NOED
  2. Play until Endgame
  3. Have equipped Cruel Limits (possible bug interaction)

Explanation

The perk No one escapes death isnt activating at endgame, it doesnt turn on even when basic attacking a survivor. The perk icon just stays off
