Steps to Reproduce

1. Encounter a bug with two of your characters when trying to progress through the Bloodweb
2. Attempt to level up the affected characters
3. Observe that the items turn black
4. Get disconnected from the game after attempting to level up the affected characters

Explanation

There is a bug in the Bloodweb following update 10.0.2: items turn black and cannot be claimed, and attempting to claim them results in being disconnected from the game.
