Steps to Reproduce

1. I was just leveling up my character, Dwight
2. this suddenly happened out of nowhere
3. I was stuck with no solution

Explanation

There's a bug happening in my character Dwight's Bloodweb; when I open it, the icons are dark and I can't buy anything. When I try to use the function to buy multiple levels at once, my game just freezes/crashes, forcing me to restart and preventing me from leveling up my character at all due to this problem.
