Steps to Reproduce

1. Be chased by the killer near a rebuilt/party pallet
2. Attempt to drop it or move near it

Explanation

Party pallets cause stuttering and are unable to be interacted with while being chased by the killer. Makes chases end for in the killer's favor and nearly unplayable for survivors.
