Steps to Reproduce
- The issue happens randomly.
- It occurs in both normal queues.
- It also occurs in The Black Banquet queues.
Explanation
I’ve had a bug happen a few times where I will try to blind the killer while in a chase, and it won’t let me use my flashlight even though I have charges on it. It will persist through after the chase is over as well.
