Blood web still works for Nick Cage and Jill

Steps to Reproduce
- Select Chris Redfield from the survivor menu
- Go to the blood web
- Attempt to spend BP on the blood web
Explanation
Cannot level up Chris Redfield from prestige 45 level 45 to prestige 45 level 46. There’s only one toothy cake and the rest are black holes. The automatic spend doesn’t work and the mass spend doesn’t work either, they both will display error. I have closed out the game. I have turned off my PlayStation to get on several hours later, still the same problem.
