Screen Freeze When Trying to Bulk Spend on Killer Leveling Up

Actual Result:	The blood a web is stuck with nodes visible, but they're blanked with an unknown rarity, and I cannot buy or purchase them.
Expected Result:	The blood web should generate normal addons or perks to allow me to level up.

Additional Notes & Comments:	I've tried to restart my console. I've tried to delete and reinstall the game. I've unplugged my console. I have cleared the cache on my console. I restored the licenses. I have done everything I could think of and nothing has worked.

Steps to Reproduce

1. I assume that leveling up your character pretty quickly causes this.
2. Possibly bulk spending constantly.
3. Probably just level up a wesker normally.

Explanation

While I was leveling up my killer (Wesker) in dbd
, I got to level 28 om p13 and there were black nodes that I couldn't interact with. I thought that using the bulk spend feature would work, but all it did was hard freeze my screen. I would ove to get help on how to fix this because it basically doesn't allow me to get more of my add-ons, to get more levels & prestiges.
