Actual Result:	Killer instinct does not show up
Expected Result:	When I throw my axe and miss the area of the fact that the axe leaves and if survivor walks through it, I get killer instinct

Additional Notes & Comments:	I don’t know if you need to be stunned, a certain way, but it usually happened after I was stunned
