Steps to Reproduce

1. have any survivor and jason as killer
2. injure the survivor and make sure they have creamy pasta
3. before throwing javelin at survivor, have them use creamy pasta
4. the survivor should still be downed even when they should be protected

Explanation

Creamy Pasta for 10th Anniversary not working for special attacks.
