Steps to Reproduce

1. Claim bloodwebs for Jill Valentine.
2. Observe that the next tier appears all black.
3. Attempt to claim the black tier and check if it loads.
4. Verify if being kicked out of the game occurs after claiming the black tier.
5. Attempt to use the auto option for the bloodweb.
6. Check if the game freezes during the auto option.

Explanation

My bloodweb level are all black except the event rewards. Everytime I go to claim the rewards the game crashes. This is only the case for Jill valentine and I can do other characters bloodwebs freely.
