Steps to Reproduce

1. Catch a survivor inside the security door, while another survivor with a flashlight is holding the exit Security Door
2. Hug a survivor in any corner of map geometry, and throw your Fire Axe, it will just phase through them instead of hitting them

Explanation

Springtrap (The Animatronic) is bugged - you still can flashlight save from security doors (despite a patch note saying its been fixed), and Fire Axe can't hit survivors if they're hugging you
