Additional Notes & Comments:	I have restarted my game a few times and ensured that my sound settings are set correctly (Only thing turned all the way down is the menu music). I am forced to play with the accessibility settings which makes gameplay a struggle when all I've known is the sound cue's.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a new public/private session
2. Start game
3. Find killer and approach
4. No sound heartbeat or killer specific sound cue's
5. Go to accessibility and turn on visual heartbeat
6. Visually able to see terror radius in effect and heart pulses with no sound
7. Ensure sound settings are set correctly
8. Ensure no buff/debuffs are on myself or the killer that would prevent the heartbeat sound from playing
9. Verified integrity of game files through steam

Explanation

Unable to hear any heartbeat when killer is near. I have joined multiple games and restarted my game multiple times as well. After no success with these steps, I looked through my settings to ensure sound was setup correctly and even toggled them off and back on to try and fix the issue. The terror radius sound will play, but it is very quiet and there is no heartbeat sound effect that accompanies it like normal. I shutdown my game again and verified the integrity of my game files through steam. When no success was still reached, I restarted my pc as a last ditch effort and was met with more failure. Please help.
