Steps to Reproduce

1. It’s sporadic, but happening often. I carry the event flashlight and when I go to use it, I am unable. I can pick the item up and put it down but unable to actually use it despite full charge.

Explanation

Unable to use item in game event. I will load into the event with my item, but when I come to use it it won’t work. I use the event flashlight mostly, and it’ll be full charge but when I go to use it nothing happens. I’m spawning in with the item as I can put it down and pick it up. But the item itself does nothing.
